ORANGE CHOC LEMONADE/ ICE TEA

Ingredients

500 ml (2 c) Carmien Orange Choc rooibos tea, made with 4-6 tea bags

Segments of 1 orange

10 ml (2 t) sugar or to taste

250—375 ml (1—11/2 c) fresh orange juice

Crushed ice

Pulp of 2 granadillas

Slices of orange and fresh ginger

Lemonade, ginger ale, soda water, sparkling water to top up

Directions

1Infuse the tea till cooled down, remove the tea bags and add the orange juice. Refrigerate till needed.

2Place the orange segments with sugar in a pestle and mortar and squash into a pulp.

3Spoon into a jar, mugs or glasses.

4Add some crushed ice, granadilla, slices of orange and ginger and top with lemonade, soda- or sparkling water just before serving.
