Per serving



Lime slices

50 ml (2 tots) rum

250 ml (1 c) prepared Carmien Summerfresh ice tea (without serving ingredients)

Crushed ice

Lemon slices and sprigs of mint


1Run a lime wedge along the rim of a large glass and then dip the glass in sugar. Place aside to dry.

2Place a handful of mint leaves in a pestle and mortar with about 7 ml (11/2 t) sugar. Muddle till squashed. Spoon into the decorated glass.

3Pour 2 tots rum in the glass, add the ice tea and ice and gently stir.

4Garnish with slices of lime and mint sprigs.

5Variation: Use the Carmien blackcurrant instead of Carmien summerfresh
