Ingredients

125 g strawberries

125 g mulberries or raspberries

125 g blueberries

250 ml (1 c) CARMIEN REFRESH (GREEN HONEYBUSH, ROOIBOS & MINT) TEA, cooled

250 ml (1 c) CARMIEN RESCUE (BUCHU & ROOIBOS) TEA, cooled

2 ice cubes

3 ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped

15 ml (1 tbsp) ground raw flax seeds

Directions

1Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
