Carmién Happy Tummy is a safe, effective, digestive blend. Rooibos with ground flaxseed and fennel may help to gently relieve constipation. Rooibos is naturally soothing and helps to relieve stomach cramps. Very tasty with a refreshing apple flavour. Perfect hot or cold. Note: Ground flaxseed may give the tea a murky appearance.

Warrior Me oil is a potent must-have for your medicine cabinet with strong anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Excellent on the chest for coughs, tightness, and congestion. Use preventatively or when the first signs of cold/flu start. Added benefits include treating pigmentation, sun damage and is high in Vitamin C.

HOW TO USE: Warm roller in hands. Roll oil onto wrists, temples, back of neck, and under feet. Take 4 deep breaths and feel boosted.
