HOT BREW TEA
Place 3 teabags in a teapot and fill with 750ml boiling water (for a single 250ml serving use 1 teabag). Steep 5-10 min. For optimal results, preferably consume without milk, sugar or honey. Best enjoyed at 60° C. Important notice: Take care while working with boiling water.
HOT BREW ICE TEA
Place 3-6 teabags in a jug. Add 750ml boiling water. Steep to preference. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags. Remove teabags and chill.
Serve with ice.
COLD BREW ICE TEA
Use hot brew recipe above & replace hot water with cold water.
Optional serving suggestions: Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon. Add fruit juice if a sweeter ice tea is preferred.
