Our Carmién aluminium travel cup is a safe way to enjoy your rooibos tea. Perfect for hot or cold drinks, it’s a great way to stay hydrated and enjoy your tea-on-the-go.

Hot drinks will stay hot for quite some time, so take care while handling this cup. Please note the lid is for drinking convenience and is not leak-proof.

RETURNS:

We cannot accept returns on any opened tea products. Should there be a quality issue with any tea product, we will be most happy to resolve
Incorrect orders should be reported to tea@carmientea.co.za within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Should you wish to exchange any product/s, said product/s may be returned to us at your own cost within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.
Product/s must be unopened and in their original packaging.
The cost of courier or postage will be for your own account.
No cash or electronic refunds will be given.
Should you have purchased tea ware that is faulty, or have experienced breakages during delivery, please email tea@carmientea.co.za within three (3) days of receipt of goods.
