Why cold brew? Cold-brew teas are specially developed to be used in cold water. Using cold water instead of hot water extracts more of the flavours, but it does so more slowly over time. The result? A smooth, sweet-tasting tea. This is because cold water extracts a chemical balance different from that of hot water.

Rooibos, Forest Berry Blend, Apple, Elderberries, Hibiscus Flowers, Rosehip Shells, Blackberries, Acai Berry Powder, Cranberry Flavour, Stevia

  • Hibiscus flowers: Naturally anti-inflammatory and very high in antioxidants. May help decrease spasms.
  • Rosehip shells: Have a calming effect, and is a source of Vitamin C.
  • Blackberries: Rich in antioxidants & source of Vitamin C.
  • Acai Berry Powder: A superfood that contains an extremely dense concentration of antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients.
  • Cranberry Flavour: Adds delicious cranberry notes to the blend.
  • Stevia: Naturally sweetens the blend.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

5-25°C (41-77°F)

Steeping Time

10 minutes
Add one family-size teabag to 800ml of cold or room-temperature water and leave the teabag to infuse for 10-30 minutes. Stir or shake in between. The teabags can be kept in or removed based on personal preference. Serve with ice and your choice of garnish. This tea can be easily prepared in a jug and kept in the fridge to keep the entire family hydrated and refreshed throughout the day.
