Carmién Zesty Lemon is a smooth tasting, very refreshing rooibos and fruit blend with spearmint and lemon flavours. Delicious hot or cold but especially good as an iced tea.

Rooibos: High in antioxidants. May ease allergies, colic, and cramps. Replaces essential minerals. Calms the nervous system. Safe for babies and kids.
Spearmint: Helps relieve indigestion, gas, and gastrointestinal discomfort. May help reduce nausea and relieve congestion. Refreshing aroma opens the nose and neutralises the palate.
Apple: Source of antioxidants and contains fibre. Adds natural apple flavour.
Hibiscus: Naturally anti-inflammatory and very high in antioxidants. May help decrease spasms.
Rosehip Shells: Have a calming effect, and is a source of Vitamin C.
Lemon flavour: Adds a delicious, fresh citrus flavour.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes

Use one teabag for every 250ml of boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep 5-10 min or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
