We are currently seeking a proficient and driven BI Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

 

Job Description:

The purpose of the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role is to manage, analyse, and interpret data across marketing, sales, and operations to support business decision-making. This role ensures accurate data flow between systems, recommends tools for improved integration, and delivers insights that help drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve data quality across CRM, marketing platforms, ERP/accounting systems, and eCommerce tools
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of data integration tools
  • Design and create automated data flows between systems (e.g. CRM to sales dashboards and marketing reports)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and align data requirements
  • Clean, consolidate, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering marketing performance, sales KPIs, customer trends, profitability, and forecasting
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimise ROI
  • Build and maintain customer segmentation, retention, and customer lifetime value analyses
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Support product, finance, and leadership teams with data-driven insights and decision-making
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through structured data analysis
  • Develop predictive insights such as churn risk, product demand, and seasonality trends
  • Support market analysis and business modelling initiatives
  • Provide insights to inform pricing strategies, promotions, inventory planning, and customer engagement
  • Implement automation and workflows to reduce manual reporting and administrative tasks
  • Standardise reporting processes, templates, and documentation
  • Ensure dashboards and analytical tools remain accurate, up to date, and user-friendly

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working with multi-source data (CRM, marketing tools, sales platforms, ecommerce, ERP).

Experience:

  • 2–5 years working as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Insights Analyst, or similar

Skills:

  • Strong experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience analysing marketing, sales, or operational data.
  • Experience maintaining or improving data accuracy and data hygiene.
  • Experience managing or coordinating data flows between systems.
  • Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Experience presenting insights to management or decision-makers.
