The Coco Pine Cold Brew is just as good to drink as a natural instant cold drink and ideal to add to your water bottle or travel cup.

Carmién Coco Pine Cold Brew is a deliciously smooth and naturally sweet tropical abd rooibos blend with a pineapple flavour and coconut pieces. No sugar is added, only natural Stevia leaf, making the cold brew a much healthier option.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

4-5 bags Carmién Coco Pine Cold Brew

180 ml (3/4 c) cold water

45-60 ml (3-4 T) white rum

80 ml (1/3 c) coconut cream

Extra pineapple pieces

Crushed ice

Pineapple leaves for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Infuse the tea bags in cold water for at least 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea in a tall glass.
  2. Add the rum and coconut cream and give a good stir.
  3. Add the pineapple pieces and crushed ice and garnish each glass with a pineapple leaf.
