RECIPE: GREEN ROOIBOS SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 green apple cored
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 125ml (1/2 cup) plain full cream yoghurt
- 2 tsp Green Rooibos Powder
- Honey to taste for added sweetness
- Optional: 3-6 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Place the yoghurt, baby spinach, apple, banana, Green Rooibos powder and honey (plus ice cubes if preferred) in a blender and blend until smooth. Dilute with 50ml Energise Rooibos Tea or water to liquify if preferred. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!

- 125ml (1/2 cup) berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tsp Rooibos powder
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- Chia seeds/sunflower seeds
- Honey to taste for added sweetness
- Optional: 3-6 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
