The Kiddies Happy Combo contains our Kiddies Berry Boost 20s and the Healing Kids Happy Me Essential Oil Roller 10ml.

Carmién Berry Boost is a delicious blend of rooibos with natural blackcurrant & strawberry flavours with added vitamin C. Intense in aroma, naturally sweet and totally sugar free. Perfect as an iced tea in summer with some pure fruit juice added.

Happy Me oil elevates the mood, reduces stress and anxiety, and aids in overall well-being for mental health. Added benefits include hydrating the skin and protects against damaging pollutants.

HOW TO USE: Warm roller in hands. Roll oil onto wrists, temples, back of neck, and under feet. Take 4 deep breaths and feel boosted.

HOT BREW TEA

  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot.
  • Steep 5-10 min or to taste.
  • Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon.
  • Best enjoyed at 60° C.
  • Important notice: Take care while working with boiling water.

HOT BREW ICE TEA

  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water.
  • Steep 10 min or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags.
  • Remove teabags and chill.
  • Serve with ice.
COLD BREW TEA

  • Use 2 teabags for every 250ml cold water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup.
  • Steep for 10 min.
  • Leave teabags in.
  • Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Optional serving suggestions: Add honey or fruit juice if a sweeter ice tea or cold brew is preferred. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon.
