ZAQuite disappointed
I was quite disappointed when the voucher was emailed to me without any floral berry pictures, only a white square with a voucher number. No "Happy Birthday" message as I requested either. I tried opening it on my phone as well as web browser, but both showed the same. When trying to purchase online, I made sure that my cart had more than R500 in so that I can get free delivery, but once the voucher was subtracted, the total was less than R500 and I was charged the R100 delivery R100. I really enjoy Carmien and all it's products, but the online experience was not positive.
