Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes

Stovetop Moka Pot: Fill the bottom chamber with water to the valve. Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Assemble, heat on medium, and remove once it bubbles. Serve according to taste.

Espresso Machine: Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Heat water and allow liquid to filter through into the cup. Serve according to taste.

French Press: Add 2-3 teaspoons (15ml) of rooibos espresso to the beaker. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir gently, and allow 5-10 minutes for infusion. Gently press down the plunger. Serve according to taste.

My favourite tea by miles - can’t be without it. Delicious with almond or oat milk. I make mine in my cafetière/plunger with hot oat milk and a spoon of honey for a real dose of luxury.
