Not just a healthy tea, but a good tasting tea, albiet an aquired taste. I prefer this over the blended varieties. But there's always the option to mix with rooibos if the taste isn't fully to your liking.
Love it, especially for stomach cramps
My go-to tea when I’m feeling a bit tired.
