Cold Brew teas are specially developed to be used in cold water. Using cold water instead of hot water extracts more of the flavours, but more slowly, over time. The result? A smooth, sweet, cleaner-tasting tea. This is because cold water extracts a different chemical balance from the tea than hot water.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

5-25°C (41-77°F)

Steeping Time

10 minutes
Use one teabag per 250ml of cold or room temperature water. Steep for 10-30 minutes in the fridge. Stir or shake occasionally. Remove teabags and enjoy with or without ice. Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Lovely tea - even warm!!!
I really enjoy this tea as a hot drink in the cold - it is healthy and a sweet taste for when I want to drink more healthy drinks (less coffee, more water).
