Ingredients

Rooibos (70%), Masala chai mix (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Turmeric, Ginger, Cloves, Black pepper) (30%)

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes

Stovetop Moka Pot: Fill the bottom chamber with water to the valve. Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Assemble, heat on medium, and remove once it bubbles. Serve according to taste.

Espresso Machine: Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Heat water and allow liquid to filter through into the cup. Serve according to taste.

French Press: Add 2-3 teaspoons (15ml) of rooibos espresso to the beaker. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir gently, and allow 5-10 minutes for infusion. Gently press down the plunger. Serve according to taste.

chai & menopause tea
been using the menopause tea for just over a week and loving it so far. .. has helped tremendously. have not opened the chai rooibos as yet, still have a bit left of the previous purchase but is one of my absolute faves :)
