Carmién Focus is a delicate blend of Rooibos, Masala Chai and turmeric. Chai spices include cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and black pepper. Excellent Anti- Inflammatory. Used to treat Arthritis. A natural blood thinner that helps regulate blood sugar levels. Chai spices have been used since ancient times to heal the body and promote heart health. Turmeric is also a powerful anti-inflammatory agent and antioxidant.

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
