The camomile blends beautifully with the slightly perfumed flavour of bergamot orange and creamy vanilla. The tea dreams are made of. Your go-to tea any time of the day, especially before bedtime. Health Benefits

  • Green Rooibos: Powerful source of antioxidants, including nothofagin. Supports allergy relief. Soothes colic and cramps. Replenishes minerals. Calms the nervous system. Helps manage blood sugar.
  • Green Honeybush: High in antioxidants and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free, and contains anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Chamomile: Known for its calming effect, it helps reduce stress, ease digestive issues like acid reflux, and soothe skin irritation including eczema. Used internally and externally, it’s safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • Rosehip Shells: Have a calming effect, and is a source of Vitamin C.
  • Lavender: Is a natural antiseptic with a calming effect. It may also help relieve headaches.
  • Orange Peel: A natural source of Vitamin C.
  • Bergamot Flavour: Adds in a citrus flavour to the blend.
  • Vanilla Flavour: Adds a lovely smooth, vanilla flavour to the blend.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Use one teabag for every 250ml of boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep 5-10 min or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
