Green Rooibos: Powerful source of antioxidants, including nothofagin. Supports allergy relief. Soothes colic and cramps. Replenishes minerals. Calms the nervous system. Helps manage blood sugar.
Green Honeybush: High in antioxidants and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free, and contains anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Spearmint: Helps relieve indigestion, gas, and gastrointestinal discomfort. May help reduce nausea and relieve congestion. Refreshing aroma opens the nose and neutralises the palate.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes

Use one teabag for every 250ml of boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep 5-10 min or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
