Carmién Creamy Mint is a smooth tasting blend of green rooibos with a hint of refreshing spearmint. Vanilla adds extra creaminess to the classic mint taste. Green rooibos brings out this beautiful blend of flavour and taste. Available in beautifully designed boxes with tagged compostable pyramid teabags showing off the elements of the blend. A great everyday tea. Creamy Mint is an appetising tea before meals and also acts to cleanse the palate before or after meals.

Health Benefits

  • Green Rooibos: Powerful source of antioxidants, including nothofagin. Supports allergy relief. Soothes colic and cramps. Replenishes minerals. Calms the nervous system. Helps manage blood sugar.
  • Green Honeybush: High in antioxidants and minerals. Naturally caffeine-free, and contains anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Spearmint: Helps relieve indigestion, gas, and gastrointestinal discomfort. May help reduce nausea and relieve congestion. Refreshing aroma opens the nose and neutralises the palate.
  • Vanilla Flavour: Adds a creamy vanilla flavour to the blend.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Use one teabag for every 250ml of boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep 5-10 min or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
