The pack contains 90 x 2.5g envelopes, with 10 envelopes of each tea: Creamy Mint, Floral Berry, Citrus Chai, Orange Chamomile, Turkish Delight, Tropical Burst, Passion Peach and Zesty Lemon.

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Use one teabag for every 250ml of boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep 5-10 min or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.

Cold brew Fruit and Herbal Infusions
I received one envelope as part of a gift. I am of the opinion that tea is sick people. .. :-) However, one evening I took a bottle of water out the fridge and decided to place the tea bag in the bottle. I was so pleasantly surprised! The lovely flavour to the water was so surprising. I love the fact that there is no sugar or sweetener added. I ordered my own mixed pack. So, Carmien fruit and herbal infused rooibos is for people who enjoy drinking water with flavour :-)

Versatile and uplifting
I love the carmien teas. I have been drinking teas since 2018. The fruit and herbal are quite nice in a water bottle through out the day, no more boring plain water. I prefer some cold others hot. Turkish delight tea and floral berry are great in gin, added with frozen berries and you have a great afternoon 'kuier' drink. Chai tea offcause are great with a touch of honey & cinnamon stick especially on the freezing cold days.
