Carmién Organic Pure Rooibos Tea is a delicious, hydrating, naturally caffeine-free tea that can be enjoyed hot or cooled down as an ice tea. Our rooibos is hand harvested on our farms in the Cederberg. We recommend 3-6 cups a day to experience the plant’s abundance of health benefits.

  • Hydrating and refreshing, naturally caffeine-free, kilojoule-free, preservative-free and sugar-free.
  • Contains essential minerals such as iron, potassium, zinc and sodium, which may support overall wellness.
  • Traditionally used to ease allergies such as hay fever, asthma and eczema.
  • May support relaxation and better sleep, with a calming effect on the nervous system.
Enjoy 3–6 cups daily, hot or iced, as part of your daily routine.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
