We cannot accept returns on any opened consumable products. Should there be a quality issue, we will be most happy to resolve it.
Incorrect orders should be reported to orders@carmientea.co.za within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Should you wish to exchange any product(s), said products may be returned to us at your own cost within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
In cases unrelated to quality or incorrect deliveries, the cost of courier or postage will be for your own account.
No cash refunds can be given.
Should you have purchased tea ware that is faulty, or have experienced breakages during delivery, please email orders@carmientea.co.za within 3 days of receipt of your order.
