Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.

Good day I love my new teas that I ordered, specially the new Ashwagandha tea. The tea has a lightly spicy and ginger smell and taste. I sleep better when I have the tea before bedtime and my muscle and joint pain is definitely much better since I'm taking the tea. I will recommend the tea and order again.
