Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.

I love this tea. It is fragrant and delicious and most of all, it has helped in regulating my sleep. Before drinking this at night, I would wake up between 1-3 am every morning, after a mere 2-3 hour sleep and battle to go back to sleep. Now I have a solid 6-hour sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
