Rooibos, Passion flower, Lemon balm, Lavender, Cannabis sativa L. (CBD isolate)**, Vanilla flavouring. **THC-free

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.

Calm tea

It's an excellent tea and does exactly what it says. I sleep so well with this tea. I have started giving it to my son of 15 yrs as well
