  • While rooibos is naturally caffeine-free, adding Guarana, a plant extract, contains several bioactive compounds and may have various health benefits, such as increasing energy levels and enhancing cognition. P. cupana seeds contain caffeine, theophylline and theobromine, making guarana an effective energy booster.
  • Buchu is known to relieve and, in some cases, cure osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is widely used as a natural diuretic and combats water retention during the pre-menstrual cycle. Acting as a natural diuretic and antiseptic, Buchu works on the kidneys, liver, and urinary tract, flushing the body of toxins and preventing infections. As such, the herb is used for symptomatic relief of complications related to Prostatitis and Cystitis. Buchu is also used to control diarrhoea.
  • Hoodia is a cactus-like plant that grows in Africa’s Kalahari Desert. Historically, the San Bushmen are believed to have used hoodia to suppress appetite.
  • The Forest Berry blend is high in antioxidants and a source of Vitamin C.

Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
