I’ve been drinking the Meno rooibos for a week and I can say I see it working. This is because I really do listen to my body and pay attention to how everything that I consume makes me feel. The reason why I say this tea is wonderful is because my reproductive environment has been restored somehow; giving me a proper indication of each cycle. I went for quite some time without ovulatory discharge and now I’m seeing it again. I know it’s not harmful because it’s a milky non-smelling one that indicates I’m on ovulation. I’m so glad 😀

A surprisingly delicious refreshing drink enjoyed hot or cold. It was a pleasant fruit flavoured tea that i plan on enjoying again !

Shark week savor
I start drinking this a few days before my week of trauma starts and I find that it does help the transition go smoothly, cramps do feel lighter and helps me drink more water close to S-week. Also just tastes very good which is lovely.
