Sleeping Bags for Babies

The past winter I decided to try out a sleeping bag for babies. After some research and a few recommendations I decided to try Napsack.

Napsack has 3 seasons. Winter, Summer and Between. I ordered the winter Napsack and was impressed with the length, material and warmth. I was not crazy about the designs of the sleeping bags, but I must admit that they work really well. It kept M warm through the entire winter with only an occasional need to switch on a heater on really cold nights. (Although they do not recommend using a heater with Napsack).

M loves her Napsack and it is a wonderful sleepy time cue that instantly (most of the time…) help her register that it is bedtime.

I was so impressed with the winter Napsack that I ordered the Summer Napsack as soon as stock was available. The design of the sack is much prettier, but I found it a bit to warm with the sack not being so breathable and cool. We come from a very, very, extremely hot area (40 degrees Celsius daytime – 30 night time….) and it is important that M stays cool. I would say that using the sleeping bag in combination with a aircon or a fan helps a lot. I do however love the fact that those sweet baby legs of M is protected from mozzies and that there is no fuss with blankets being kicked off.

Overal I would recommend Napsack, especially in winter time. It will become part of your nightly ritual and an item that you cannot go without!with temperature control.
