Green rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and sugar-free.
Green rooibos leaves are specially treated to prevent oxidation, which gives it a lighter-bodied brew and higher natural antioxidant levels.
Chilli is known for being an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin C offers antioxidant and immune-boosting benefits while helping absorb iron and promote glowing skin. Vitamin A is also an immune-boosting antioxidant and well-known for helping to protect and maintain eye health.
Ginger also contains antioxidants, which help manage free radicals. Free radicals are compounds that can damage cells when their numbers grow too high.
Ginger helps with morning sickness and nausea. Gingerol, a natural component of ginger root, benefits gastrointestinal motility ― the rate at which food exits the stomach and continues along the digestive process. Steeping Time

5-10 Minutes

Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
