Carmién’s selection of women’s teas was specially formulated by women, for women. Our popular Nursing tea was created to assist new moms by stimulating and increasing lactation. The combination of Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Our Meno tea is a functional rooibos tea blend with a delicious raspberry flavour for all stages of womanhood, including menopause support. This blend may soothe menstrual cramps and provides overall menopausal support by helping to relieve night sweats and hot flushes.

Preparation Instructions

Rooibos is prepared with boiling water and cooled to 60 degrees Celsius for the best flavour. It can also be cooled down completely and served as an iced tea. Red Rooibos has a clear red cup infusion while our Green Rooibos has a light cup infusion.

Cold Brew Rooibos is prepared with cold water and steeped for 10 minutes or more for the best flavour and is a convenient “on-the-go drink”.
