Carmién Nursing is a special blend of rooibos, fenugreek, fennel and aniseed formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of ingredients work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss.
Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth, slightly licorice flavour. For the best results drink 4-6 cups daily hot or cold. Please do not drink while pregnant.

ZADamn good stuff
I had struggled to breastfeed for the first 2 weeks since my C-section delivery. It left me devastated knowing that I wasn't producing enough milk for my child and that I had to top up every feed with formula. Using the tea, I can now feed my child to satisfaction, it's been a whole 8 weeks that I haven't needed to top up her feeds with formula. I absolutely recommend trying the tea out.
