CarmiƩn Nursing is a special blend of rooibos, fenugreek, fennel and aniseed formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of ingredients work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss.
Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth, slightly licorice flavour. For the best results drink 4-6 cups daily hot or cold. Please do not drink while pregnant.

We recommend drinking 4ā6 cups per day and increasing your overall fluid intake.
