The Kiddies Everyday Combo contains our Kiddies Organic Rooibos 20s and the Healing Kids Warrior Me Essential Oil Roller 10ml.

Carmién Kiddies Organic Rooibos is organically grown, free of pesticides. Rooibos is nature’s perfect drink for kiddies and babies, caffeine-free and sweet-tasting with no added sugar. Naturally anti-spasmodic, it relieves colic, stomach cramps and diarrhoea. It is also soothing on the nervous system, therefore excellent for hyperactive children. Rooibos is also known to alleviate allergies.

Warrior Me oil is a potent must-have for your medicine cabinet with strong anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Excellent for coughs, tightness, and congestion in the chest. Use preventatively or when the first signs of cold/flu start. Added benefits include treating pigmentation, sun damage and is high in Vitamin C.

HOW TO USE: Warm roller in hands. Roll oil onto wrists, temples, back of neck, and under feet. Take 4 deep breaths and feel boosted.

HOT BREW TEA

  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot.
  • Steep 5-10 min or to taste.
  • Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon.
  • Best enjoyed at 60° C.
  • Important notice: Take care while working with boiling water.

HOT BREW ICE TEA

  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water.
  • Steep 10 min or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags.
  • Remove teabags and chill.
  • Serve with ice.
COLD BREW TEA

  • Use 2 teabags for every 250ml cold water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup.
  • Steep for 10 min.
  • Leave teabags in.
  • Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Optional serving suggestions: Add honey or fruit juice if a sweeter ice tea or cold brew is preferred. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon.
