Our Carmién Nursing tea tin and envelopes combo contains 50 Nursing Rooibos Tea Envelopes in a beautiful Nursing tea tin. The ideal gift box for breastfeeding moms!

Carmién Nursing Rooibos Tea is specially formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss. Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth slightly liquorice flavour. For best results drink 4-6 cups daily, hot or cold. Please do not drink while pregnant.

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
Steep one teabag in 250ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
