Our Carmién Nursing tea tin and envelopes combo contains 50 Nursing Rooibos Tea Envelopes in a beautiful Nursing tea tin. The ideal gift box for breastfeeding moms!

Carmién Nursing Rooibos Tea is specially formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss. Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth slightly liquorice flavour. For best results drink 4-6 cups daily, hot or cold. Please do not drink while pregnant.

Rooibos (43%), Fenugreek (29%), Fennel (14%), Aniseed (13,66%), Vanilla flavouring (0,34%)

  • Fenugreek helps to improve milk production and lactation in breastfeeding mothers.
  • Aniseed’s antiseptic properties help ease coughs and relieve colic in babies.
  • Aniseed helps increase milk production in mothers.
  • Rooibos contains natural antioxidants which help combat free radical damage in cells.
  • Rooibos can help alleviate allergies that cause asthma, hay-fever, and eczema.
  • Rooibos has anti-spasmodic qualities and alleviates colic and stomach cramps in babies .
  • Rooibos replaces essential minerals, iron, potassium, zinc and sodium.

Preparation

Infusion Temperature

100°C (212°F)

Steeping Time

5-10 minutes
HOT BREW TEA
  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot.
  • Steep 5-10 min or to taste.
  • Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or slice of lemon.
  • Best enjoyed at 60° C.
  • Important notice: Take care while working with boiling water.
HOT BREW ICE TEA
  • Use 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water.
  • Steep 10 min or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags.
  • Remove teabags and chill.
  • Serve with ice.
COLD BREW TEA
  • Use 2 teabags for every 250ml cold water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup.
  • Steep for 10 min.
  • Leave teabags in.
  • Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
Optional serving suggestions: Add honey or fruit juice if a sweeter ice tea or cold brew is preferred. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon.
